Maintenance
All of our rental homes are professionally cleaned and repainted before each move-in. Additionally, each home undergoes an inspection by management to ensure everything is in excellent condition before tenants are cleared for move-in
The maintenance team doesn't require you to be home for a scheduled visit. We will enter to complete the request and lock the door when we exit.
We have on-site maintenance and management staff available to assist with all of your needs.
We offer several ways for guests to submit work order requests. For the quickest and easiest process, we encourage all residents to submit their requests through the RentCafe' resident portal. Alternatively, you can submit your request in writing via email.
Please be advised that our lockout policy states we are not responsible for lockouts. If you need assistance after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith directly.
In the event of a maintenance emergency, please call 772-419-9293 and select option 3. For immediate assistance, press #2.
Amenities
We offer open parking at our community, with no assigned spaces. This provides our residents and guests with the flexibility to park in any available spot.
Mason PSL offers a variety of wonderful amenities, including a clubhouse, coffee bar, fitness center with a yoga studio and free weights, a resort-style swimming pool, sun deck, BBQ/picnic area, bike racks, rentable garage spaces, pet spa, pet park, on-site management and maintenance, night patrol, and high-speed internet.
Yes, we have a limit of 2 pets per home. The one time pet fee is $350 per pet and a monthly fee of $25 per pet. We do have breed restrictions so inquire within.
Each home provides you with an upgrade stainless appliance package that includes a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and a microwave. There is also full size washer and dryers in each home.
Unfortunately, we do not offer furnished homes.
The pools is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Monday-Sunday, the clubhouse is open during business hours, and the pet spa, luxer room and fitness center is open 24 hours.

Generally, it takes 24-48 hours to process an application. The process could take longer if the applicant has lived out of state or belongs to a government agency.
We have several options available to make your rent payments, you can pay in person at the leasin office, you can pay online through RentCafe', or by WIPS (Walk in payment center) We strongly suggest paying online.
We do highly recommend obtaining a renter insurance policy to cover your household items and furnishings, we do require that you sign a property damage liability waiver at the time of move in for a cost of $16.95 per month.
We provide high speed wifi as an amenity, if you are interested in installing cable services you will need to reach out to Xfinity for services.
The documents that are required when you apply will be 3 recent paystubs, government issued identification, and bank statements or 1099 if you are self employed. We use the vendor Two Dots to process and verify employment documents.
Your unit is WiFi ready, the water/sewer services are active in the unit and are billed by our 3rd party biller Conservices. You are require to contact FPL to connect the electric services prior to your move in date.
Your rent is a base price and does not include utilities. There is an additional charge of $120.00 per month and that covers the WiFi, pest control, valet trash, and amentity fees.
If your application is denied we will refund the $250.00 administration fee, the application fees are non-refundable.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 4th, late charges are applied on all balances not paid by the 4th of each month.
We have several options for you to complete your application, you can do so in the office with assistance from staff, you can visit our website and apply directly, and we have manual applications available if needed. We do encourage you to apply online, our website is user friendly.
The application fee is $75.00 per adult.

We are located directly on the Port Saint Lucie City Transit line.
St. Lucie County School District, Elementary - Village Green, Middle School- Southport Middle, High School- Port Saint Lucie High School.
We are centrally located near many wonderful shopping centers and stores. We have Treasure Coast Square Mall 3 miles away as well as Publix and Walmart within a 1 mile radius of the property.
